Having a 93 year old parent living alone in Florida while I'm in Boston, especially during Covid, has been stressful. Speaking with Amy Seigel at Advocare seemed to immediately reduce the intensity of the burden I'd been carrying, since she understood my issue. She assigned an experienced Care Manager, Jay, whose deft handling of the situation and communication with me has been a blessing. It's like having my eyes and ears there with my mother— having a competent practitioner on the ground, making sure she's well cared for. I didn't realize exactly how much stress I'd been under and the toll it was taking until it was removed— by Advocare's services, for which I'm very grateful.

When we needed care management for my father-in-law, we were fortunate to find Advocare. They were able to navigate the myriad services available and find the appropriate care. When I needed help for my now almost 97 year old mother, I again contacted Advocare. Her care manager/RN Aimee is professional, efficient and so caring. I cannot say enough about how much Mom cares about her. Her help in working with doctors, therapists and aides is essential to keeping mom safe and happy. I no longer have to worry if mom is okay. If I am away, I know that Advocare and Aimee will be there night or day. We could not do without Advocare!
