Client was arrest arrested for the charge of Aggravated Battery with Deadly Weapon after cutting a security guard with a pair of scissors. He hired the Law Offices of Patrick R. Upon review of the video (which the police never did), it was clear that the security guard entered the apartment without consent in order to attempt to sexually assault Ignacio's girlfriend's female roommate.
