I had issues with a new computer I had purchased. I called up Priority 1 and 20 minutes later my problem was repaired, remotely. How nice to have someone competent to work with.

We talk while he is fixing my computer problems or just giving me advise how to run applications. I feel I know Rick personalty. Fake Microsoft issue and those crooked technicians with the Accents... Lying, Cheating and Stealing from good people! They had changed her password and locked her out of her computer... Taken advantage of the situation and charged money directly out of her checking account! We had to backup her data and then wipe windows and reinstall from scratch... Perform all updates... Install Printer... Transfer all data back onto now clean computer... Installed Malwarbytes and rec. Webroot for Antivirus...

Customer laptop was dropped not worth fixing. Recovered data from old laptop. Transferred data to new Dell laptop.
Pickup Netgear Readynas and diagnose... System is shorted out no good at all...
Install new Video Card in Form fitted computer... Very tight fit! Also, the GPU Cable for new GPU was an 8 Pin... We brought it to the office and found that the Motherboard had an 8 Pin Plug... We found an 8 pin cable but it was 2ft. long... We had to tape and snake it through the computer for it to fit... It took 2 Technicians to squeeze it back together again... We tested the machine and everything is working perfectly... Cleaned unit and brought back to customer...
