Really good work, really good people

The size and design of my PC makes installing a new graphics card a real challenge, but Rick never lets computers get the best of him. Upgrading my PC had some complications in the long run, but Rick went out of his way to help me pick out a better computer and made sure I got what I needed. Rick and his colleagues are great people that know their workfield and guarantee customer satisfaction.

Rick. has always answered my phone call for help."Always" I forget the time change of 2 hours and he still responds to help me. He is very helpful and very friendly. We talk while he is fixing my computer problems or just giving me advise how to run applications. I feel I know Rick personalty. Some times I feel very stupid with my computer illiteracy but he always say no worries and get me back ruining and teaches me how these system work, even when there is nothing wrong with my computer. I have had Rick help me for many years and with his continuous support of Anti Software updates and protection I have no worries and my computer runs great. I bought a new copier and just call Rick and he remotely set it up and works great. Rick has spoiled me. Job well done!!!

Priority Service! Customer is down and cannot do anything without computer... 500GB Hard Drive is SSD But out of space... Replaced with New 1TB Samsung SSD... $ 150.00 Computer will not boot Win 10... Blue Screens... Issue with Dell Computer being very old... Running Bios version A 07... Upgraded through the versions to newest version A 24... Then Windows would not boot due to Bios setup... Hard Disk boot needs to be in AHCI Not Raid... Then booted into Windows... Performed all updates... Optimized Win 10... Customer did have backup, but only backing up data... Purchased internal 4TB Western Digital Black Hard Drive and installed into system... $ 134.99 Setup as Drive Z: so that it would not interfere with backups... Installed ACRONIS TRUE IMAGE... Configured backups... Done!

Customer called about gaming PC in a continuous restart mode with a matrix like screen. Picked up PC and after first diagnosis we found that the video showed signs of corruption. Possibly due to Power issue in area - Five service calls all in the same area same time frame! Windows would not boot properly. And the windows platform was split between the two original hard drives. Final diagnosis was a bad video card. Swapped out bad card for a working one. Transferred data from original 256GB M.2 to a used 516GB M.2.

Picked up new system in unopened box. Upgraded 256GB M.2 to 1TB Western Digital Black 7000 mb/s. Setup new system (HP) and performed all updates. Installed Remote Monitoring and Management on new system. Transferred all data from old system to new. Installed old programs fresh and clean. Setup and installed NEW Microsoft office with all updates. Picked up new hard drive at Best Buy. Give to customer at cost. Battery Replacement for HP Envy Laptop
