From Day One, Seacrest Services offered appropriate and professional Property Management and Landscape Services to our 35-year infrastructure and struggling HOA. The Seacrest Services comprehensive approach was a perfect fit for our Property and HOA. Our HOA transitioned to Seacrest Services on January 1, 2019 and since then every inch of our property has been assessed and surveyed, as a result major infrastructure repairs have made and schedules have been established for on-going property maintenance. Our business needs were assessed and set-up. We are now a fully functioning HOA because of their Accounting Department, Customer Service, Sales & Lease Service and Landscape Services. Communication has been the key for our successful transition to Seacrest, from the beginning they have work closely with the Board to accomplish our HOA needs and there were many! We have improved our financials, decreased our bad debt, implemented a 24/7 customer service option and established a functional sales and lease services. Seacrest has the resources to manage our community. Our Property Manager has experience in running a community like ours, so the working relationship between The Board and Property Manager is very supportive and professional. It allows the Board to function as a Board should and not spend our time on property issues.
