My roof regretfully had a design flaw requiring a repair...priorities aside, we also had some personal medical emergencies in the household. The office staff and repair crew went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Chelsie kept in touch with me and expertly guided me through the process. The repair team did all that was necessary in a professional and prompt manner. My only regrets is it was just a repair...I wish I could have afforded a brand new roof. I can say ...without a doubt...my next complete roof will be with them. Being in Florida and with the hurricane season soon underway...TigerTeam is who I can recommend as my roofer of choice.
