Mike spent a lot of time on the phone with me reviewing the proposal. Gary came out and explained everything in detail. Once the permit was approved, they quickly scheduled the work. Gigi provided the specifics on what work was being done and when. The team made sure to cover the pool and a/c unit and diligently cleaned up. The entire process was micromanaged to the point where I didn’t have any questions because they proactively addressed them. The “tigers” showed up early and were hard workers. And my roof looks great😊
