I enjoyed the manner in which Paul Lopscomb delivered the RainSoft pitch. He was very pleasant, informative, and helpful, and was easy to deal with and more than happy to answer any questions. He wasn't pushy or forceful in any way, but, knowledgeable and thorough with his material. He has a next door neighbor, down home, friendly demeanor.
